Buyers Tips:
1) Warranty means a lot to a buyer. If the home is no longer within the warranty period you should always have an inspection completed by a licensed professional home inspector.
2) If needed, make sure that the home is located close to schools, shopping, hospitals, recreation centres, transit, churches, or any other amenities that you may require.
3) "Future Resale Values" are important to consider.
4) Parking is a common problem for buyers with RV‘S, boats etc. Make sure your choice of properties allows you plenty of room now and into the future.
Sellers Tips:
1) Most of the tips above will apply.
